On the record

##

People who work in the plant have a record in the same system as the job.

* ### Employee record

  * Name
  * Role
  * The plant they work in
* ### On the plant

  * Who works in which plant
  * The same answer for anyone with access
  * Not a private spreadsheet
* ### One login

  * Same login as finance
  * Same login as production
  * No second product to buy or reconcile

Today

##

Who works in which plant, in what role, is spread across a WhatsApp group, a register at the gate and an HR spreadsheet. None of it sits in the system that runs the job.

In Mach ERP

* Each person on the plant has a record: name, role, and the plant they work in.
* HR is not a second product. It sits in the same login as finance and production.
* Who works on the plant is a plant fact, not a private spreadsheet.

What stops

* Asking the supervisors’ group who is on CNC-02
* A gate register only the gate can read
* An HR spreadsheet that never meets the job
