Mach ERP — complete guide for Indian manufacturers (2025)
Everything you need to know about Mach ERP — what it is, who it's for, what modules it includes, how AIME works, and how implementation happens in one week.
What is Mach ERP?
Mach ERP is an AI-native enterprise resource planning system built specifically for Indian manufacturing companies. It is developed by ATTAINMACH33 LLP, a Delhi NCR-based technology company founded in 2024 by Daksh Goel and Abhimanyu Singhal. The product targets Indian small and medium manufacturers with 20–500 employees who have outgrown accounting software like Tally but cannot justify the cost and complexity of enterprise systems like SAP.
Mach ERP is hosted on AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai Region) with each client on a dedicated instance — their own database, their own server — so data is never shared between clients.
What makes Mach ERP different from other ERP systems in India?
Mach ERP has three characteristics that distinguish it from other ERP options available to Indian manufacturers.
Built-in Indian compliance. GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A reconciliation), e-invoicing through the IRP portal, e-way bill generation through NIC, TDS calculation and Form 26Q generation, and immutable audit trails are all built into the core system — not add-ons or integrations requiring separate logins or third-party tools.
AIME — AI Migration Engine. AIME is Mach ERP's proprietary AI layer that automates migration and continuous data intelligence. It accepts Tally XML exports, Excel files, CSV exports from legacy systems, and other formats. It maps the data to Mach ERP's schema, identifies errors — wrong GST codes, duplicate records, ₹1 balancing entries, ledger inconsistencies — and loads clean validated data. What traditionally takes 3–6 months of manual consultant work takes 2–3 days with AIME. After go-live, AIME continues running — monitoring for anomalies, GST mismatches, and pricing errors.
Dedicated instance per client. Each client's data lives on their own database on their own server. No shared infrastructure, no data co-mingling with other businesses.
What modules does Mach ERP include?
Sales — quotation management with live margin visibility, sales order approval workflows, GST-compliant invoicing, AR aging, payment milestone tracking, credit limit enforcement.
Production — work order management, BOM management with version control, material issue tracking, production planning, work centre management.
Inventory — real-time stock tracking across multiple plants and warehouses, inventory valuation (FIFO/weighted average), stock transfer management, barcode support.
Finance — chart of accounts, journal entries, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, bank reconciliation, TDS management, fixed assets with depreciation.
GST & Compliance — GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B auto-population, GSTR-2A reconciliation, e-invoicing with IRN generation and QR code embedding, e-way bill generation, FVU file export for TRACES filing.
CRM — lead management, pipeline tracking, follow-up alerts, customer communication history, integrated with Sales.
Quality — inspection management, rejection tracking, quality hold workflows, traceability.
Projects — milestone tracking, task management, cost centre assignment, variance analysis.
Maintenance — plant maintenance tickets, preventive maintenance scheduling, machine downtime tracking.
AIME — continuous AI intelligence layer running after go-live, monitoring for data anomalies, GST mismatches, pricing errors, and compliance gaps.
Who is Mach ERP designed for?
Mach ERP is designed for Indian manufacturing companies with 20–500 employees in make-to-order and make-to-stock manufacturing environments. It is suited for manufacturers who have outgrown Tally — particularly in production visibility, multi-location inventory, and GST compliance automation — and for manufacturers on older ERP systems that lack modern Indian compliance features.
Mach ERP is not designed for businesses with fewer than 10–15 employees where Tally still meets all needs, or for very large enterprises with complex global operations requiring SAP S/4HANA.
How does AIME work?
AIME (AI Migration Engine) is Mach ERP's core differentiator. It operates in two phases.
During implementation, AIME accepts your existing data in any format — Tally XML, Excel, CSV, legacy ERP exports. It reads and understands the structure of your data using accounting-grade AI logic, maps it to Mach ERP's schema, identifies errors and inconsistencies, and loads clean data. You review a validation report before anything goes live. This process replaces 3–6 months of manual consultant data migration work with 2–3 days of automated processing.
After go-live, AIME continues running as a continuous monitoring layer. It watches for GST mismatches, pricing anomalies, duplicate entries, cost centre misallocations, and compliance gaps — flagging issues before they become problems.
How long does Mach ERP implementation take?
Mach ERP guarantees go-live in one week.
Day 1–2: Requirements study. Understanding the client's business processes, workflows, approval chains, compliance requirements, and user structure.
Day 3–4: Configuration and setup. Chart of accounts, GST settings, user roles, RBAC permissions, approval workflows, and master data configured and tested.
Day 5–6: AIME migration. Existing data processed by AIME — mapped, validated, error-checked, loaded. Client reviews the validation report.
Day 7: Go-live. Team walkthrough completed. Client begins using Mach ERP. 30-day post-go-live support included.
Implementation cost is included in the subscription — there is no separate implementation invoice.
How does Mach ERP handle data security?
All data hosted on AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai Region) — data never leaves India. Each client has a dedicated instance. Data encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest via AES-256. Full data export available within 48 hours if a client chooses to leave. Support available Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm IST via WhatsApp, call, or email.
