  1. The delivery challan, tax invoice and e-way bill are made from the same order, not from a second spreadsheet.

Bring one hospital order, from the PO to handover. We will show it on one ledger.

What we hear

The challan left with the truck. Accounts heard later.

The fitting goes out on a challan. Accounts hears about it days later, types the invoice into Tally, and the receivable shows up long after the fitting is on site.

What you make and what you buy sit in two places.

Bought-in items are counted in one sheet, made items in another, and the store keeps its own count. Nobody is sure what is really in stock.

Installation billing lives in a sheet.

Hospital jobs are billed in stages: supply, installation, handover. The stages sit in a spreadsheet, and the site and the books disagree on what has been billed.

How it runs

Make it or buy it, ship it, bill it in stages. One ledger the whole way.
  1. SO-0007

    Order

One order holds the quote, the dispatch and the GST paperwork.

  2. GRN-0007

    Buy in

A purchase becomes a GRN. Stock sits in a bin.

  3. PRO-0007

    Make

The production order runs the job. Cost posts as each operation completes.

  4. DC-0007

    Dispatch

The challan, tax invoice and e-way bill are made from the same order.

  5. Project

    Bill in stages

Milestones you can bill against. Running bills post to finance.

Yes. Bought-in items come through purchase and the GRN. Made items run on a bill of material and a production order. Both sit in the same stock.

No. It is the same Mach ERP every plant runs.

Ten modules share one ledger, one GST stack, and run on your cloud.

Your process does not fit a template? We build the module around it, on the same ledger.

Mach ERP reads Tally item master and day book exports.

We read your Tally and spreadsheet data and validate it before go-live.

Yes. E-invoicing, e-way bills and TDS are built in.

The e-invoice IRN is generated from the tax invoice in Mach ERP. Nobody re-types it on the portal.

The e-way bill is created from the delivery challan, on the same record.
