1. Who we are

ATTAINMACH33 LLP (“Mach ERP”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in India. We operate macherp.in and the Mach ERP software platform.

2. What data we collect

When you contact us or request a demo, we collect:

• Name, company name, phone number, and city
• Current software in use and any message you provide
• Email address (if submitted via the AIME waitlist form)

When you use the Mach ERP platform as a client, we process business data you enter (financial records, inventory, customer data). This data is hosted on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) on a dedicated instance assigned exclusively to your organisation.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call
• To send you the AIME data health report if you requested one
• To provide and support the Mach ERP platform
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes

4. Data storage and security

Contact form submissions are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database. Notification emails are sent via Resend. Platform data is stored on AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Your data never leaves India.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for up to 2 years. Platform data is retained for the duration of your subscription and 90 days after termination, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

macherp.in does not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics that set persistent cookies. Basic session functionality may use cookies strictly necessary for operation.
