If an assumption looks wrong for your plant, change the input. If it cannot be changed, it is listed here.

  • Time

    • 48 working weeks a year. Leave, holidays and shutdowns come out. Fewer weeks means a smaller number, not a bigger one.
    • One full-time person is 2,304 hours. A 48-hour week for 48 weeks. Used only to turn hours into people.

  • Money

    • Your hourly cost, not ours. Pick the closest: salary plus PF and overheads, divided by hours worked. The default is ₹ 300 an hour.
    • One GST correction costs ₹ 5,000. CA time, staff hours, and interest or a late fee. A low figure. Notices that turn into demands cost far more and are not counted.

  • Your scenario

    • The share that goes away is your call. Pick 25, 50 or 75 per cent. It is a scenario, not a Mach ERP performance figure. We do not publish one.
    • No Mach ERP price. The worksheet costs your current setup. It is not a quote, and it does not net off a licence fee.

  • Left out

    • What is not counted. Stock bought twice, a price that changed in a chat, a payment missed, a late dispatch. They are real, but hard to price honestly, so they are left out.
    • Nothing leaves this page. The worksheet runs in your browser. It does not send your numbers anywhere unless you choose to WhatsApp them.
